Meet the Owner

A large part of the reason this company has earned an A+ reputation is because of Francisco Rodriguez’s passion. He loves what he does and those he serves! His background includes service in the U. S. Navy on the USNS Mercy during the Persian Gulf War. He later served the Austin community as a police officer for 26 years, retiring as a lieutenant. He loved serving people then and knew he needed to continue serving in some capacity. Starting Cooling & Heating Patrol has not only put his HVAC training and certification to good use, it has also allowed him to keep serving residents of the Austin area. He is truly thankful.
